Last run in the ATX this AM before Portland -- I met Kamran and we came up with an ingenious 8.1 mile loop route. The run went well; I believe we ran about a 745 avgpace, but that doesn't really matter. Does it? I can report that traffic was pretty light today on teh Gilbert Mile. Also, it was still completely dark when we finished, which still seems kinda crazy.
I had planned to write some additional stuff about my thoughts/plans for the race, but life outside of running unexpectedly got in the way. Maybe tomorrow.
