The above title was not my thought, but the words of the unofficial Team Rogue masseuse after my session today. This was the most enjoyable massage I have gotten in months. The last several have been quite painful at times. Anywho, this is just another sign that I'm peaking right when I should (double knock on wood). Saturday can't get here soon enough.
On the running front, another easy 10 w/ the guys and a gal. Enjoyable run and the temp felt like it had to be sub 70 degrees. The pace was 7:38 according to Garmin.
