In & Out Mile Repeats

This was basically the same workout we did on August 25th. The only difference was this time we alternated the pace (every 400 m) -- 400m at 10k, 400m at hmgp, 400m at 10k, 400m at hmgp. My how things have changed. I remember this workout was a little tough just a month ago. Today, it was a piece of cake. 10k felt relaxed, and i had to focus on not going too fast. HMGP felt like recovery laps, especially the last 3 repeats. I'm pretty sure this is a good thing.

Officially a little nervous and very excited, I can't wait to run this race!
