Shakin em out
with the holiday activities, i haven't been able to make a gym routine since last monday. today, i got back on track. grabbed an easy 8 along with the weight routine. 725 pace. my legs were just a little ragged from yesterday...actually, they were more tired during the run yesterday than today. truth be told, tired legs are not a bad thing -- having them just means i'm getting my base right (finally).
