14 miles this morning. we managed to get our run in before the huge cold/rain front. the weather conditions couldn't have been better: 41 degrees w/ no wind at all. 719 pace for the run. 10 minutes of ice bucket quality time afterward -- the foot has been doing much better, and i'm hoping to be able to cut out the icing routine in the next few days (if all goes well).
