Ladder workout

10 min warm-up
form running & light stretching

2000m in 642 (81, 81, 81, 80, 78)
2x 800:  228, 226
2x 300:  49, 48
2x 200:  29, 29
2x 100m strides

4 laps barefoot on the football field to cool down

My  legs were freaking done after this workout, but it was much, much easier than the ladder I did 4 to 5 weeks ago.  Progress.
