78 min today - I am beginning to get my legs under me again (re longer dist runs). I know, that amt of time running is not a long run per se, but today was the first day I had that feeling of "this dist isn't shit" and felt like going faster the last 20 min. A few more weeks, and I should have my marathon legs back.
For the week, I did not run quite as many miles as I would have liked, but I did run 4 days (as planned). The IT band tweak put a slight damper on things, though, it appears to be a very minor deal. Let's hope that issue stays in check. Next week I plan to run 5 days. Whoa!
