Message to self!
I got in about 57 min today, because I did not run in the morning. At this point, I need to get serious about practice attendance, since I ain't going to get in race shape by sleeping in.
Let's see if I can re-establish my mental focus and stay locked in for the next few months.

ReplyDeleteAre you doing those 40-50ish min runs because it is too hot? You need the 90 min program! That's where it is.
ReplyDeleteMon - for me is a sleep in day, which tends to lead to a mid-day short recovery run: partly because it is too hot out (which will soon change) and the other factor is how much time I have during the lunch break.
ReplyDeleteOnce it cools off, I will go outside & go a little farther as time permits.
Tues, I screwed up & only had time for 57 min.
I do like the idea of the 90 min plan twice a week: maybe Sun & Wed.
