Nine weeks of training for Boston 2010, and all is going pretty darn well. I had the minor foot issue a few weeks ago, but i seem to have been able to work through that. That little problem is almost gone, and let's hope it stays that way.
This morning, it took me about 20 minutes loosen up, but once I did, the run was over before I knew it. 10 miles (734 pace). I had a pretty solid week (mileage wise) -- 85.2 total.
