Took Wed off because my foot was tender in the morning. Instead of a run, I treated myelf to 15 min of ice bucket at 5am. Then i went back to sleep.
Thurs, my foot felt better. The group was doing a hill circuit, but Coach told us to miss that if we were racing 3M. This time, I decided to listen. Easy 10 miles for me on Thurs.
One thing is for sure, I should be fresh on Sun.
