Easy 10 this morning w/ Kamran, Coach, and Asia. It was damn near frigid outside this AM. I don't know the exact temp, but it had to be at least 5 degrees cooler with significantly lower humidity. I felt like I could have run 100 miles...okay, maybe not quite that far. Anyhow, you get the idea. Things seem to be looking up.
